Following the first Southern Africa Permanent Peoples’ Tribunal on Transnational Corporations, which took place in Manzini on 16th and 17th August 2016, we would like to present you with the Jurors’ Report. The Tribunal brought together 500 people over 2 days to hear the testimonies of 9 communities from Southern Africa, who presented cases on how TNC’s are are violating their human and environmental rights.
