The Southern Africa Campaign to Dismantle Corporate Power is holding its first session of the Permanent Peoples Tribunal on Transnational Corporations on 16 & 17 August in Manzini, Swaziland.
During the 2-day session, 10 communities from Southern Africa will present their cases – the suffering they have endured at the hands of Transnational Corporations, through the monstrous structure of corporate impunity– to a plenary of respected jurors.
The Tribunal takes place as a part of the SAPSN Peoples’ Summit in Manzini, Swaziland. The Southern Africa Campaign is the regional leg of the Global Campaign to Dismantle Corporate Power, Stop Impunity and Reclaim Peoples’ Sovereignty.
